The message above says I needed to say hello.....so HELLO!
I own a 2010 Mazdaspeed3 and the reason for this is because my 2007 Mazdaspeed6 was totaled a couple months ago. The Speed3 has a CS Intake and Racepipe. Looking at doing the headlights, foglights, wheels/tire, suspension, and CBE within the next month or two. After that it will be pretty much stock untill warranty runs out.
Little about me, I'm active duty army and love to work on my cars, and love to push the limits of FWD cars. My last car (before the speed6) was a 04 2.3 Duratec Ford Focus. Had full suspension, wheel/tire combo, turbo kit pushing 240 to the wheels, brakes, etc, it was a quick little booger (It would smoke the speed 3).
Future plans for the Speed3, will be a pure track car. Once I get back from deployment in late 2012 I will be most likely purchasing a GTR, and at that point the Speed3 will turn into the weekend toy. I always wanted to try roadracing.
I look forward to becoming part of the mazda family and of course learnig new things.
