Sanding:Help

hey, what is up everyone out there. i had a question, if someone could help me.

i am sanding/polishing some pieces in my motor, but i notice one of my parts (the hood prop) is starting to oxidize (sp?)/rust.

i have sanded that part down so it now has the polished/chrome look.

any suggestions on how to prevent it? clear coat? thomsans (sp?) water seal? lol

sand/polish/clean/clear coat....

Zoop Seal it once you do a final polish -- then you wont have to worry about it at all

Yeah, you might also try the clear high-temp engine paint. It has a nice glossy finish to it.
