It was awesome going to a track other than NJMP. It nice to see some familiar faces as well as meeting some new people. Thank you Lauri and Marlon for making this event really fun and for making us feel just at home. It was rally cool driving on the track even though we were in the Mazda 2. We plan on coming out again to The Glen in August as well as LRP for the final race.

sorry i didn't get to meet you both...going to LRP in sept? i'll be sure to introduce myself there!

i'll post some pics tonight (got some good ones of phen celebrating his bithday!), got home around 10, great ride, no traffic to speak of...

I watched most of it at home, but I pulled a phen and dozed off for part of the race. admittedly, I had heavy pankillers assisting me on that one.

Bruce, it was good seeing you and Mark again, it is always like old home week and it seems that time moves too quickly. Hopefully we'll see you at Mosport and also LRP. Lauri will let you know about the surgery out come and keep you informed.

Our pleasure, we put corrals together for one purpose, to bring Mazda owners together and to have fun. We've made life long friends form hosting these evens and it is great meeting new people. Let me know about the Glen in August, I'll take care of you and brother ticket wise.

Just a quick note to let you know the wife and I really enjoyed the weekend at Watkins Glen with you guys. We are already making plans for next year and are talking about Lime Rock for this year. Oh yeah, I should say something like this...

As usual, it's awesome to get everyone together for a corral. Years ago when I started coming to these, it was about the cars. Once I started meeting people, the car became completely secondary to me. I couldn't think of a better way to spend my birthday. It's always fun to hang out with Mahk and Bruce. I see Marlon and Lauri more than I see my own parents, but that's never a bad thing! Got to chill with Tony again, and meet new people. Not to mention the hot lap, parade laps, and just being at a track I've never been to before. Good times all around, and can't wait until the next event!
