In the third picture at the 12 o'clock position spoke above the left dimple is that damage? What is the overall condition, ie any bends/damage repair, scratches, etc? How many miles on the tires if you had to guess?

yes, that is a small chip. The wheels are used, so, normal wear and tear is gonna be there.

But, they do not appeare bent with damage repair or scratches.

I would say miles the tires are enough. They wiill need replaced in the near future
