RX-7 Calipers on MS3

The rx-7 has been produced for more than 20 years so its important to know which model year calipers your friend has

It is going to be difficult to improve the stock brakes. To improve braking distance and control look at suspension bits. I will go to a more aggressive pad at the first replacement though.

probably talking about the fd's there is an fd on my block the calipers were huge it had "mazda" engraved on it

Why would they fit? I have no idea if they do or not but I would bet good money that they don't.

even if they fit there is little to no possibility those are going to work with your rotors. the ms3/ms6 rotor in front is much larger than what even the FD used.

Yea they didn't fit. I think it was a 92.

I am sure the diameters of the rotors arent identical. How many pistons are they? What is the area of the pistons? Remember its not how many pistons you have, it's the amount of surface area contact that counts. Anyways, why do you want old ass brakes on a new car?
