Rusty 3s ?

I'm in the process of thinking about what car to buy next and i'm seriously thinking about a 07 or 08 mazda 3 5 door. Anyhow, I currently own a P5 and the rust is about to come out even tough I had it oil treated every year! I'm wondering if the 3s are as rusty as the proteges or is this problem now fixed?

Well if your looking at an '07 or '08 it's a little to soon to be asking about rust, I know there are some of the first 3's with a little rust but those people I know of bought the car used and there is no telling if the people before them cared about the car if you get a newer one you can start to care for it and make sure it doesn't start/get out of hand.
