Were are you on the Pacific side of things?
Went thru a couple of winter Storms here in Wichita with no issues with piles of snow in the middle of the road and between lanes when changing lanes.

I'll just say I'm where we experience no snow at all. Maybe some freak hail every now and then, but even that's pretty rare.
