He'd post the pics, but he doesn't have the car. Hell, a license for that matter. It's tough to drive when you're 12 years old. I'm surprised his mommy and daddy let him use their computer.

Sorry initialRes, i got toasted last night in my Mp3 by a yellow Integra Ls painted like a type-r, cause that's what i "asked him before we raced". But my Mp3 is stock and he was running with an Aem intake and Greddy exhaust with MSD wires. But still he pulled on me after 3rd gear by 1 1/2 car lenghs to 90mph. I like experiencing races even if i lose. But i didn't take my gold Protege because, my dad took it bowling last night, it was a good race. Met all kinds of people and if was packed with all kinds of imports. laugh all you want, i don't care.

i took one but i think the guyz couldnt drive worth a %^* and they slowed down after 55mph.. little #@%#%$^

Hey gonzo one Q? did the tenzo R exhaust and the weapon R cai with ram air kit help in performance wise. Like 0-60times and topend performance, can you feel the push after wot or, can you hear the mean a$$ growl from the cai. ????

i can feel a little jump after 4500 gd from second to third and from 5000 gd i can feel the jump from 4th to 5th and with the tenzo and cai it can really growl like a fast growl. A little loud on the hiss sound over all and it feels great but really cant tell until i hear the growl and a little jump i see 4500 going to 6000 really fast..as far as 0-60 i havent checked but will get back... at topend i still am a little slow since i tried to race my cousins 98 grand prix automatic before and after the mods and still cant seem to keep up with him... he just pulls away after 70mph...:mad: :mad:

Thanks for the info and that's good to hear that the dragon intake with ram air kit works good cause i was planning on getting a dragon intake or injen cai. But at www.weapon-r.com they have the new cold air box that covers the intake that's just runs cold air, it's suppose to improve about 15+hp they say they tested it with a lexus is300. Well maybe if you get a header and cam gears you might be able to beat your cousins grand prix.!!!!

true true but i dont know about the 15hp gains that they claim since they are mostly known for the 7hp averages of most of the cars that get the weapon r dragon intake system unless i dont know what true gains are if i had it????lol lol

Thanks again for the info, and i think it would really be a close race if you get a header and cam gears on the MP3. Power to the MP3.!!!!!lol one more Q though?? some guy i know owns a 98 Grand prix GTP his has a governer at 124mph that's what he said. Does your cousins grand prix have a governer or does it have a higher topspeed than 125mph.????? ?????

since its a gt i my cousins is a regular one i dont know for sure if it does have one we went as high as 110 but not faster than that... i was able to catch up little by little but after about 2 car lengths ahead of me all ready i consider this a lost...

Hey man don't worry, after header and cam gears he will have a grin on his face after he see's the back of the taillights when you guys race again. Does he have any mods on his GT grand prix????
the type r will only be made in Japan now.. but its a phat car..
i test drove an rsx type s last june when i was getting my mp3. i think its pretty quick.. the one i drove was black with black leather interior.. i drove it for 15 minutes and still hadn't cooled off at all, and i live in mississippi so it was probably 100 degrees.
over all, i wish that the mp3 was a 6 speed and had guages like the rxs. but mp3 style wins hands down.
