Rp4-mz11 setup Bluetooth buttons in cx-9 2012

Hello forum friends , I would greet them and ask if anyone has been able to successfully configure the buttons on the phone ( answer, hang up and voice) . The rp4 - mz11 unit works well with the other buttons but I can not flash the led when settings . I have rebooted several times and nothing . In the sub cx -5 forum I read that several have the same problem. any suggestions?

I've used the RP4-MZ11 on my old 6 with a pioneer head unit and it worked fine, (most of the time). Sometimes it would not initiate correctly and I would have to restart the car to get it to re-initialize.

I've also used it on my wifes VW (the Pac-Audio equivalent for her car) and had zero issues since it's been installed for a year.
