Rode in a 350Z

Last night my friends were having a get together, and a friend of ours just got his. Its almost the same blue as the MP3. His had the 12" rotors, that car is beautiful, inside and out. He took me for a ride and it gets off the line nicely, but the handling on that thing is really nice. Also the breaking is real impressive also. He said that he paid 36,000 for it. I haven't had the chance to get a ride in one yet and I don't think any of my friends will be getting one anytime soon. You should have asked him if you could drive it.

I really like the interior but I have some mixed feelings on the exterior.
Ahhh only if it was turbo.....thats its only downfall.
I was looking at the bay on it the other day and it would be very difficult to turbo

The exterior is very "muscular" looking...I like it.

As we speak, I bet the Japanese tuners are working on F/I kits...unless they already have something out?

Wonder how they massaged the GT race version...word on the street says its makes 450 hp...NA or F/I?

We looked under the hood to see if a turbo could be installed, the turbo looks like it would fit, but the pipping looks impossible. I think alot of fabricating would be needed. But then again if you have the money anything is possible.

My friend also has a turbo on a 240, a 96 model with the KA engine. He is running about 10 psi and he says that it is a little faster than the 350 Z.

The new RX8 looks kinda funny without a spoiler. But if you found an aftermarket spoiler that looked good and not too ricey, that thing would look outrageous! I wonder how long before we see a turbo RX8?

He works for Nissan, he is a tech, so I guess naturally he would have a Nissan.

don't you hate it when the ppl's mods in the sig's are longer than the forum threads itself?

I kind of like it because it shows what all that person has done to there vehicle, or there intrest. Such as audio, or speed.

but my mods are mainly audio...and i read somewhere in an audio forum that one person had his stereo stolen and he felt the reason was because of his mods in his sig.

his profile stated which state he resided and i guess he posted which city he was from when posting to ppl that lives close to him.

i dunno...

but that sig doesn't refer to you or anyone. i just wanted to add something witty and sarcastic

A turbo RX-8 is in development I believe. Add a turbo on top of 245 hp NA and you have one hell of a beast. The Renisis Rotary seems like it is goign to be much more reliable than the old wankles as well.

Actually I thought the old wankel engines were pretty reliable. It is the owners or techs that cause most of the problems, I have seen. In the turbo 3rd gen, the high underhood temperatures cause soft parts to deteriorate quickly.

That is why my alarm is on extra sensitive and, if it goes off I will be able to play target practice with my roommates AR-15.(lol) (getsome) (guns)

Speaking of the 350Z, after seeing the G35 Coupe. I think I'd take the G35 Coupe over the 350Z. The rear end on the G35 Coupe looks way better in my opinion.

Sup Zach, I have the turbo on but I still need to get the GREDDY emanage here to install it. I am looking to get a electronic boost controller. Because I can't turn up the boost with the manual controller. Did you get yours fixed yet?
