Road & Tire Hazard worth it?

Even if you could get it at cost, is it worth it? Who's had some good experiences with it? I know Michigan's roads are TERRIBLE this year, and it's been a while since I drove with low-pro's.

i bought my tires from town fair tire and did there flat warranty or whatever they call it and it was only 15 more $ a tire and when you get a flat you get a new tire for free because you payed the 15 $ my opinion it was defiantly worth it.

I'm not a good one to ask, because the only time I ever had a tire failure was the one time I DIDN'T elect to buy the roadhazard coverage. Whenever I buy it, I never even get a nail.
