I just bought an RKM BOV. It says it the exact same as the HKS. When the HKS blows off it gives a whistle. I cannot make this thing make that noise. Anyone else have one of these? I adjusted the screw up and down, and I cannot make it make that sound. Anyone who has ever owned one ever had a problem with it??
