my new wheels and tires

well i am never happier on one aspect but semi disapointed in an other .. i mena i just got my 18 inch gumetal Motegi wheels puton my 215/35/18 Nitto 450 extremes and i lover the way they feel look and drive but even with my Injen Cold Air intake and Ractive eshaust it is now just as slow as when i bought it . i mena these wheels weigh down the car sooo bad its not even funny . i guess thats the price you pay for 18' wheels .. also picts will be posted in the morning please tel me what you all think and yes you will see a carbon Fiber gas door lid and door handles i knw i will get questions on them

WHAT's the offset on that Motegi? From what I've looked through none of their 18's would work well with the P5. How's yours working out?

That's just the price you pay for heavy cast wheels. hehe. My volks are as light as my stock wheels. The GT-C's are not that light however.

The 18,9 is 24 lbs. That's not bad, but not good either. It's forged however and therefore much stronger. Beautiful nonetheless. The one Volk I absolutely hate is the Kuwagata. Now that's an ugly flower like wheel. hehe.

I am not sure what you are asking about the MP5 badge? You want the vavle cover? or the MP3 badge on the vavle cover?
You might be able to get the plastic vavle cover from a sport 20 in japan but you will need the metal vavle cover as well because it has bolt studs in it to attach the plastic piece to.

The problem you're running into is that your cast Motegi's weigh a lot! But that's the trade off for buying reletively inexpensive wheels. Forged volk racing's can weigh under 16 pounds a rim for 18s but they cost over $500 a piece.

that is totaly true .. I mean honestly i oridginaly promised my wife that this car I would only do for looks and sound so speed is not really the major factor but I live in Knoxville Tn and there is only like 3-4 Mp5s and I had the fastest one until I got the rims and you all know what its like when you have mods that you remove you miss the sound or the speed ect .. so ill get used to it ... and also to clearify the statement above the only reason i promised my wife this is because i have my 4 month daughter that I would never jepodize so ... i will limit my mods as far as suspension and speed . but i will be more into the looks such as the CF hood wing sideskirts rear lower lip eyelids ect
