Rim damage

So the used 5 I just purchased has abit of rim damage. Nothing serious, just some scrapes. Guessing the previous owner didnt' know how to manage the curb?? Anyways, anything I can do about it? Should I just use touch up paint? Whats a good colour to get?

This color is nearly a perfect match for the stock 17" rims and also for my 18" RX8 rims. I have had to touch up both sets (sssh).
