Rim damage

Ok so i know i know im not a proud mazda 3 owner but i have a p5 and my mom has a Mazda 3 sport. The other day she showed me some damage on the edge of the rim from parallel parking just a wee bit too close. I cringed as i saw the scrape on her brand new cars wheel. Any ideas folks on how to buff it out?? is there a fill compound she can apply and polish? any insight is very much appreciated... Merry christmas all you mazda enthusiasts out there!
