I'd try $200 out the door if the headlights are in good shape. You can pay at least $130 per headlight online, and that's not including shipping. If that's too high, maybe $150 for the set
 
205/40/17 brand depends on price not trying to go all out and crazy for now. something to get rims on and going
 
hopefully mount the 205/40 tires on the 9.5 for the rear and start work on the fenders.

going to a local shop to see about brackets for bucket seats too
 
Dang, according to tire rack they have the yokahama S-drives for dirt cheap! That's a good price for a great performance tire, but it's not all that great for stretching tires. I hear Falken makes a good tire for stretching and they tend to be on the cheaper side as far as tires go.
 
I'm on my 3rd set of Yokohama S-drive on my Protege. Been using them for several years now. I definitely recommend them for the price. I've also heard that Falkens are easier to stretch.
