these winter treads were installed early this morning, and my experience so far has been nothing but positive. Wet, Snowy, slick roads were not a problem for these beasts. I did noticed however they tend to slip a little starting from a dead stop on dry pavement. However, this being my first strictly winter tire purchase, maybe that is normal.

Furthermore, the tires seem silent at moderate speeds (50ish). Overall, I would recommend these tires to another MSP other looking for snowmobile type traction. Thought someone might be interested in this consumer review.....

ive guards are great...

all the dtc employees are buying these over the michelin snows...

theyare very quiet snows...

some snows are loud as hell

they are great for the price too...

im running 185/65/15 Pirelli P3000's that are siped on my car...

michelin's are hyped up tires in my opinion. if you look at the artic alpins for example, you immediately wonder why such the good reviews. There isnt monster tread or deep grooves as found in other more servicable tires.

michelin puts a lot into their tires that you dont see..

they do make very good tires...

for some there are better choises out there for them
