After a year and a half of having a stock MS3, I decided it's time to get some mods! Here are some reviews after getting all three installed today:
TURBOXS Race Pipe
Sound:
At idle, sounds almost the same as stock. Has a deeper tone, but still quiet. Under normal acceleration, volume sounds the same but "meaner". However, when the turbo kicks in this thing opens up alot! Almost forgot I had a stock CBE. This setup is very liveable. My girlfriend noticed the difference in sound before I told her I got the race pipe installed. Inside the car, its barely louder.
Performance: It feels like the turbo kicks in harder. I have no dyno yet, but with my SU motor mount, I'm positive there were performance gains.
str33t U Motor Mount
NVH: The car shakes slightly when accelerating from a dead stop. It also shakes with the A/C on. Luckily it will be months until I need the run the A/C again. The mount should be broken in by then.
Performance:
I noticed that shifting felt so much more confident with the mount. It was easier to shift smoothly since the engine wasn't rocking back and forth as much. When I used to pop the clutch at low speeds (2nd gear) it would shudder slightly along the drivetrain. The car just feels solid now. I can still chirp the tires in 2nd and 3rd if I'm not careful, but the MM is a HUGE improvement over stock.

Not too noticeable, but coupled with the mount made me enjoy driving stick again. A great mod for cheap!
