Customer Service - Excellant. After reading about the group buy and deciding that I just couldn't wait, I emailed RacingMazda and had a reply within the day. I wanted to make sure that everything would fit, and everything was included, and Ric took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with the purchase. When I actually ordered the headers, I found out that RacingMazda is in San Antonio, TX, which meant I would have the headers by the end of the week. Some parts you wait weeks or months for, but I recieved this almost immediately.
Product Quality - Very Good. Although pluggin in the EGR valve (I think that's what it is) was a royal pain in the ass, had I had someone there to help, it would have been much easier. Same with the install of the test pipe. As far as performance, it's pretty damn noticable. I can really feel the gains everywhere, but especially in the higher RPMs. Yes, it sounds very rice, but that's not RacingMazda's fault, it's just because of the lack of cats. With the silencer on my muffler, it's not TOO bad. Besides, if you're like me, it's worth it for the power. Let someone in some riced out Cavalier think i just have and exhaust tip and rims.
