I would most likley be all in MPH because it would cost too much to have them made both ways. check out the thread on Protegeclub.com for more info. Also has a link in that thread for the manufacturer.
the tool is a screw driver with a two prong fork thing on the end. you slide each side under the needle and pull straight up. This works great for the Tach and Speed, but I couldn't figure out anyway to get the others off without breaking the needles. the tool doesnt work. I couldn't find a performance or electrical shop willing to try. But then again, I do live in Mississippi, and performance shops are few.
