Due to major (and mostly good) changes in life, I bought a 00 Protege.
First joined this forum back when I had a my 02 P5. Loved that car, but didn't love the noise. See my sig for the bad decision that followed.
My Mazda3 was nearly perfect IMO, but it wasn't paid for, and due to circumstances I decided to sell and have a car that was paid off.
Moral of the story... I should have never let go of the P5, but you live and learn. Hopefully the 00 will get me thru a few years (won't be driving much at all) and when it's worn out I can get a 201X(?) Mazda2, or maybe my next car won't even run on gas.
