Well, I just came back from the Dealership..they had my car for over 24 hours...they changed my flywheel...fixed my transmission..changed my bushings in the front and back...
In other words, the car is running like new...I honestly had my doubts of Mazda's credibility but the last couple of months, my thoughts on Mazda has changed big time..
Like any other big Company..u have to speak out to get to get results...For me it took a s*** load of calls to Mazda Canada...complained to the dealerships numerous times...and what did it was my letter...
With that said, write a letter to Mazda. Be professional and straight to the point. Maybe I am lucky but it worked for me.
