They look preeeetty dont they!!? :D

I recieved them recently. Now i need to work on a spare headlight i have. It will take some time but i'm sure i'll get there. I still need ballasts, bulbs and a few things but while i get money for that i can work on the way of mounting the projectors in the headlight. Revs has been helpful and gave me advice (thanks).

My next step is taking apart my headlight and adapting the projector. The most dificult part. (enguard) After that, I'll get the ballasts and bulbs etc etc.
Then wiring wich can be a bit of a pain :p I'll try make it as clean as possible.

I'll keep ya informed.

Here's a sneak peek, but they are finshed now. Need to aim them tonight (not sure if i will be able to) and then mount the bumper and everything else back:

Nice work man. I've been looking for a set of projectors to retrofit into my old housings but none of the scrap yards around me have any. It's going to be ebay or brand new :S

Thank God! I am done. They took a lot of work, and effort, but am I happy! I'd like to thank my wife for tolerating me all this time for having parts all around the house. She did get pissed a few times! haha. All who helped me and the support.

As promised

Testing the projectors at home:

I like this pic:

Technical specs:
Hella E55 Bi-Xenon Projectors (some pics @ first posts, this thread)
Hella 4th gen ballasts and Hella Ignitors
Philips D2s 4300k Bulbs
E55 Shrouds.

I was considering parting out, but i changed my mind. My baby needs a car he can depend on, so do i, haha. Funny, while doing this, my wife asked me if it is neccesary. I tell her that this will increase the baby's security increasing night visibility haha. Then she gives me The Look, i tell her, "i'm not joking, dear!" hehe

For the project results? Visibility is superb. The illumination is distributed on the road much better than before. I can see road signs much better now. I love driving at night now. Protege owners ask me oftenly where did i get them. I am very happy with the results. Will never ever go halogen again, ever.

Nicely done....they look great and it is good to know you were looking out for your families safety first! ;)

Whats with the beam way upon the roof in the pic? Thats some nice sh. Probly worth $500...Can i get that Japanese tag off ya somehow?:)
