replica bride seats!!

well since i had to replace all the pipes and the turbo, their is not that much left that i bought from you, but it is good, trying to tune to 15 psi now..... guess nobody read why i got these.... i got them so i didnt have to reapulster anything, so read why i got them and then begin to flame..... it wasn't abt how much they were at all and i could had gotten cheaper seats then these and had them reapulstered or just redo my r1's if i wanted to reapulster anything!!

So - instead of paying for re-upholstering your present seats, you went and bought wanna-be/knock-off/replica Brides. It seems the general opinion that you would have been better off without the fake brides.

Logically, I look at it like this. You will need to lie about the brides - or people are going to ridicule your decision. Lying sucks though.

no i am better off with them, since they are the style seats i wanted (more side support then the r1's) and they are the color and material i wanted i dont care they are replics's....... and really dont care what people think abt them because i like them.....

first off i don't know where it's been set in stone they weren't the taiwaneese seats, where rumor has it that bride got in some legal disputes and started taking the cheaper route.

If they did in fact come from a bride factory, "backdoor" or not, I don't see aproblem writing "Bride Alcantra Seats" on a display board.

Maybe it will become well enough known that the alcantra's don't live up to being the $2G seats that bride has always sold, rather people will know and automatically associate them to being the backdoor knock off's.

ya i have a 32 in waist and i fit perfect, i had to widen the side bolsters because my legs had no room. so 36 in waist i would say is a no go
