Hi all,
I just replaced my brake rotors and pads, and fixed (or so they said) the calipers that were jammed...
When driving and hitting the brakes hard, the front wheels don't block, so I think the calipers are still not working well.
If I take the wheel off, Would I be able to see if the caliper is pushing the pads on both sides of the rotor, or are they usually so close to it that it would make it hard to see this?
What would be the best way to test if they are working well?
Are calipers aesy to replace, or should I just bring it to a mechanic that knows what he is doing (unlike the last one)
Thanks
Gerry
