Replacing side view mirror w/ BSM

Hi all, just wanted a quick opinion. Does $500 after parts, labor, and taxes seem reasonable from a dealership to replace an entire damaged rear view mirror with a brand new one? I have no idea how much the parts should really cost.

Is that the black box that sits above/below of the rear view mirror or is that the mirror itself? My dealer wants $70 bucks to replace a standard touring (Non Tech $20 mirror) with an auto dimming rear view mirror w/Compass & HomeLink. The mirror costs me $255 w/shipping or somewhere around there.
