Well ,its about time to change the pads on my P5.
what do you guys recomend, that is reasonable. I don't do alot of spirited driving, but want something better than stock...
I was looking at EBC pads/rotors. Somebody here recomended 'hawk'
Also ,is the OE pads ceramic/semi..???

also...my rear is making that 'change me now sound when I press the brakes..but not all the time?? could the brakes in the rear go first??
does it need cleaning adjusting?

thank you!

My rear pads always go first, the dealership thought i drove around with my e-brake on and they couldnt give me an explanation. I guess its a P5 "quirk".

I got 46K outta my original pair of brake pads, so figured going with oem the second time around wasnt a bad idea. They are a little more expensive but worth it to me :)

I did my brake job a month or 2 ago, went with generic rotors and EBC Greenstuff (NSN Motorsports). I'm EXTREMELY happy with the braking performance.

OEM...as long as you dont romp on your stuff you WILL be fine, there are millions of cars running on OEM parts & zero problems...Ceramic is nice, but OEM IMO is the best route
