Replacing Left/Driverside rear Pax window

Hello, I'm trying to replace a driver side rear window and I can't seem to find a video on youtube, explanation in any forum or even a how to in the shop manual which I find weird.

I've got the inner door panels off and now the little black plastic triangle pieces. The glass won't fit in the door though so I' not sure what else to try, any help would be appreciated.

I've never done rear window, just front. But yeah getting a window in is always a pia. if you have a smartphone you can show me on a video chat and i can try to help. pm if you want my number.
