Hello Folks,
I'm new the forum and Mazda ownership but recently bought a (slightly) used 2007 CX-7 and we're really happy with it so far. I took on the task of adding an MP3 player to the stock deck. All went well with the exception of breaking the clip for my glove box damper. Now the glove flops open instead of the nice slow descent that I have come to enjoy.
At any rate, I need to order the part but I had some trouble figuring out how to get the old one out. If I can avoid taking the rest of the dash apart I'd really like to.
I appreciate any assistance someone can offer. It appears that these breaking during the removal of the box is a pretty common occurance.
