Replacing Front Stabalizer Bushings

Started getting a clunk when hitting bumps both slow and fast speed, went to my alignment man and he put both hands on bushing point while moving front suspension and said that the passangers side is peretty bad.
He said they were a real pain to change and it will cost $190.
Anyone have a how to on these or are they really a pain and worth the $190 install?

I got Mazda to put em in for $125. I supplied the bushings.
