Replacement of the Instrument Cluster Lens

My instrument cluster lens is all scratched to hell. I just ordered a new one and was wondering what is involved.
I haven't looked at it close yet, but there appears to be 2 screws at the top of the lens or the trim piece around the lens.
Is it as simple as removing these 2 screws and popping it out?

typically the lens is attached to the whole gauge assembly, so its probably multiple steps to get it apart. start with the screws up top, but don't be surprised if there are screws hidden somewhere.

Hidden screws aren't a surprise, they're expected.
No one has done this and could give a few tips?

Actually it is pretty easy.

Take out the 2 screws that you can see on the covers. Pull it out from the bottom. It is held with a few snaps.

The cluster is held in by 3 screws. Unscrew them and pull the cluster out but you have to unplug all the wires.

The plastic lens is held by tabs. Just undo them and pull it out.

BTW, how much was the glass? Mine is stained up and I want to replace it.

Hey, really appreciate the reply, thanks.
Sounds pretty easy.
I got it through Monarch Mazda for $15. + change. But it was the wrong one and had to send it back. The one they sent me only had one hole in it for the tripometer stalk.
The one I need, and still waiting for, is $23. + change. It has two holes in it, one for the trip stalk and one for the instrument light stalk.
Don't know why it's so much more unless it's a lot different.
Oh well.
It's on B/O and hasn't shipped yet. :(

Hey MR X just wanted to thank you for "how to" on the cluster lens. Just completed it and it was a snap, very easy.
I didn't have to remove any wires, I was able to pull out the cluster far enough to replace the lens without doing this step.
Also, I had to remove the top part of the steering column trim, it is attached to the trim around the lens. Still very easy, only took about 20 min.
Thanks again.
