removing brake dust from wheels ?

I have these little specks of dust brake on my black OZ
they won't come off...I've tried to clean with simple green, tried to scrub a little part with brush..just won't come off.

have also tried armor all wheel cleaner and still won't come off.

any ideas ?

I use Eagle One No Touch on my 18" chromes...Works quite well...Spray it on. Let sit for about 2 minutes, maybe less. Take a wet rag and wipe it off. Spray excess residue off, and bob's your uncle!!!! There could be better ones out there. But this stuff works really well so I feel no need for changing. And I have chrome wheels, so it obviously works!!

I should have been waxing them right form the beginning with the spray wax stuff.
I actually tried it yesterday and I like how you can wax your car so quickly after a wash...and looks good too.

FYI - I have to clean my SSR's once a week like my MS3 because of those ******* Hawks.
