Remote lead and speaker size Q?

Anyone that has added an LOC or PAC to their factory system, where did you tap into for a remote lead?

and

Factory speaker size: I see both 5.25 and 6 1/2 speakers listed as replacements. Any one have success stories with 6 1/2 speaker replacements?
