Sorry to break it to you bro, but my uncle owns a b ody shop, with the one of the best painters in Michigan. and no matter what, any form of apaint that is not factory does not stand up any where near as well as factory from any car company. Aftermarket paint does night fight stone chips anywhere near as well. Unless you mean dealer paint, that s*** is just horrible.

Sorry to break it to you bro, but the paint on MSP's is cheap-ass. I've developed more chips on my 'speed in the 6 months I've had it than I did in 2 years on my Civic who's front end had been completely re-painted. My driving habits, conditions, and destinations haven't changed, so tell me what has? The paint. I'll take a good aftermarket paintjob over the MSP's colored tin-foil any day.

hmm, well thats wierd. cause i have a few stone chips. its worse then normal ill give you that for my car being 6 months old as well. but every aftermarket paint job i have seen is stone chipped to hell in one year. Oh well every car is different. i have to repaint my rear quarter and im reallly not looking forward to it since im so picky with paint.

Ugh, tell me about it. I almost got sick to my stomach thinking about having to get my passenger's side repainted, but fortunately, I managed to find the right shop the first time around. Granted, it wasn't perfect right off the bat, but they kept on putting up with me until I was 100% satisfied.

Saw about 3 wrecked MSPs on ebay links not sure about them and about the same amount from people who saw or heard about MSPs getting wrecked

The greatest thing about this car is that alot of younger drivers could afford it. This means that all of these inexperienced drivers would hot dog there new sport cars and wreck them. When i found out that this was a limited production car i said to myself "Hell Yeah"

Lets do the math:

16-20 year olds + sports sedan = wrecked

This is in general and I know not all were faults of theirselves. But this looked to me like one of the few cars that would increase in value after a certian period of time!

So lets keep totalling and living and i will be a happy camper in 4 years when i go to sell mine for 5 grand more than i paid for it.
