Regarding the low windshield fluid warning

The manual states that it is available on some models...which I presumed Canadian models would have this feature and not US models. To my surprise this am, after using my washer fluid to clean the windshield, I saw the below message on my cluster...Nice feature to have, none of my previous cars had this!

yes i've done 6,000 miles in 6 months and it hasnt come on for me yet. it's standard on all uk models.

I have a canadian model 2014 CX5 GT. windshield fuild was empty amd my car didnt showed any warning signs. Manual says it is available only in certain models. does anybody know which models have this function?

my 2013 GT w/ tech package only displays the warning symbol and not the text - if I remember correctly. I'll take just the symbol though - agree it's a nice feature.

My old Protege5 had that, but I only saw it once. The tank really has to be very low for it to come on. Don't know if I have it on my Canadian GS. I'll look into it...

Yes, warning symbol is shown in US manual and quick start guide.
