Pretty sure they are 18x7 5X114.3 52.5mm offset. That's the line I kept chanting when I was shopping for aftermarket wheels.

I had a Scirocco back in the day with a set of black tuner wheels with red lips. The lips were anodized and turned pink after a while. That went over like a turd in a punchbowl.

id say leave the lip chrome and paint the black to match the red....
