Red Mp3?????????

Okay, a friend of mine was in the Douglasville, GA mall a few months ago, and he swears that there was a RED MP3 in there. I tried to explain to him that Mazda ONLY made Yellow and Blue ones but he won't listen. Any news if this could be a 2002 model or would it have to be one that someone painted. (But if it was sitting in a mall then obviously a dealer owned it and why in the hell would they paint it). Any ideas?

Yes I know what that car was, it was a imitation of the MP3. That car is called the Protege street 2000 they have tooken the fs-ze 170hp engine and dropped that in the street 2000. that car features mostly hks modified product's it has a intercooler grill at the bottom which only looks different from the MP3. Trust me from reading the mods from protegetech.com it features:

1.8l fs-ze engine intercooled.

engine cu/ 1839cc
compression ratio: 9:1:1

mazda makes a red concept car that looks a lot like the mp3...it has the same spoiler...and it had similar fog lights (a little smaller) its called super street or super highway...something like that, i'm not really sure

so it could be that car

yea that is hot, but i like our fog lights better, but the intercooler, and sunroof are sweet

are they 18's with lower pros then ours eitheir 40's or 35's it also looks like cross drilled rotors and i like the clear corner lenses, sunroof, and blue colored for lights. i like it way better. especiall with the extra hp

yea they're racing hart 18's, the clear corners are a nice touch too.

The car is the '99-'00 body, that's why it has the clear corners. You can get them from Japan. For 2001, the headlights became one piece (like on the MP3). Just so you know, if you didn't already...
