Rear tires rubbing

The other day I was driving my 3 5 door with two passengers in the back seat and one in the front. When I came to a railroad crossing the cars rear tires rubbed somewhere on the car.I hit a few more bumps to see if I was going crazy or if it really was rubbing. Sure enough it was rubbing. Anyone else got a problem like this when you ride passengers or have stuff in the hatch?

for reference, yes that is a problem with the rear passanger wheel.

go to the dealer to fix it or do it urself... its not a hard job, just file down the portion that is protuding out and if ur ultra paranoid like me, tape it down with some good ol' electrical tape.
