Alright... So i bought some Prothane 19-1163 bushing after getting info from this post:

On there i was told that they will fit the rears but you have to bend the bracket to get them to install. I tried installing these yesterday and bend the brakets, but was only able to get one of the screws in. The bracket just was too small. Tried riding around a lil bit with just the one screw in, but the brackets ended up just bending and coming loose. So for the mean time I just installed them with the old brakets.

SO the issue here is that the old brakets do not fit tightly enough on the new bushings. There is a ton of movement it them.. What can i do??

How far is the hole from lining up on the Prothane bracket?

Was about 1/4 inch, too short. If i tried putting the bolt through it, when it got in the hole it was coming off at about a 45 degree angle. I tried working the bracket for about an hour before I tried running with just the one bolt in it. But now they are all bent funny. Would take some work to get them back to the way they were. And even then still would be too short. :-P

op, sounds you bought the 3in brackets, and you need the 4in ones. (they're actually like 3 5/8 and 4 1/12. cant remember)
measure the brackets and if they are closer to 3in, than you have the wrong ones man.

Alright will do. They are just the brackets that came with the bushings. Can you by just the brackets?

I don't think the brackets are available alone.

I would just slot the holes with a 3/8" drill bit or round file, 1/8" on each side of the bracket.

The distance between the holes on the subframe/clunk fix is 2.5" center to center, the advertised spec for the 19-1163 is bolt center to center from 2" to 3", so it should fit. The factory bushing bracket is slightly open, it does not sit flush on the subframe/clunk fix bracket, it clamps down on the bushing as it is tightened. With the factory bracket you have to start both bolts before tightening the bracket.

yea, you have to buy them together, not sold separately.
you could try pw's idea. sounds like that might work for ya. if not, well back the store. lol

UPDATE: Was finally able to get these brackets on!! Using a Vice-Grip and a Hammer I hammered them completely flat. Then I put a bend in them so they looked like a "v" with a flat midsection. Kinda like this -> \_/ Then i just got the screws started on the top and bottom and let the brackets bend more as I screwed them down tight!! It was a pain in the a$$ but they are on there and the squeak and clunk are gone!!
