Rear shock removal question....

Since I removed the interior rear hatch plastics and didn't see any sign of the rear shock area mount, I am assuming the shock is removed from the wheel well area via the two upper nuts on studs...right? What does the top of the shock look like when removed?

Thanks,

Yes that is all you have to do. Loosen those two nuts as well as the bolt on the bottom of the damper. The damper and the upper mount will then come out.

Did the bars and and springs not too long ago. Now i am considering some adjustable dampers. so thought I would jump in and see what you guys might know or suggest. Thanks.

I was trying to get some tophats so I could fool around with Koni's and different springs, ready to swap onto the car saving time.

springs and damnping them

Alright, I have heard that the adjustable Konis are available but I was not sure.Keep us posted or pm as you go along please. this is my next move. Trying to be patient and see what all pops up. The car does respond well to stiffer suspension, it seems to me. But without damping control I will never really be sure what spring rate I want. The Cobb might be a bit soft maybe for me. I definitely will appreciate your input on springs Faster.
