rear seat swap?? msp vs pro5... possible??

I thought the P5's had special seats that allowed them to fold flat.

oh yea... so the msp cannot be fold down flat?? but would the bolt pattern be the same?? i mean the msp would also have to be able to go w/ my p5 seats... i seriously dun care if it doesnt fold flat..
