rear seat belt tensioners how to unlock need help!!!!

I removed myseat belt tensioners to get the struts put on and now they're tightened up and will not let the seatbelt move how to unlock them so I can put my trim panels back on in the seat belt in place

You need to hold the seat belt wrap thingy completely level and pull the seat belt out slowly at first. I had the same issue when I did mine, and it took a couple tries.

like was mentioned you need to have them level in order for the locks to release and allow the belt to spool out.

which way is level is it With the bolt hole up or down or sideways

I can't remember off hand. Just hold them up near the mount and look for the way they seem to naturally fit. If they're not realllllly level, they probably won't come free.

hole at the top with the belt facing the front of the car coming out of the top.

Haha oh god yes. Do you know how many hours it took me to figure this out? Very many.

mine were so stuck i couldnt get them up to the mount to check which way was level but me and my friend got it thanks guys!
