please tell me you ATLEAST had Fire & EMS to the scene? if not **** that man, i'd make that s*** a legal matter. If it was legit and the cop knowing it was a DUI he didnt run a FST (Feild Soberity Test) thats not right...ooooh man working at a Firehouse & Police station on the side you learn sooooo much...you can honestly have that Cop and that station hanging by the balls if you really wanted to be a dick! lol....did you get jack for it? (besides an increased insurnace rate)
Side note:... I can't see in the pictures but did your airbag deploy at all? I don't know how hard he hit, but doesn't it deploy with a hard enough impact to the rear?
i was in the same s*** with the mp3 last month...but it wasn't a dui...just no insurance and no DL...needless to say, my insurance covered it...which means i have to come up with $500...and i won't get my car back until the 18th...so it's taken a month and a half. good luck.
