The dealer I bought my car from gives me a discount if I go back there to buy parts, believe it or not, doesnt make a difference to me.

not really ripped off just paid a a few more bucks. the only reason i even said that i got it a little cheaper was so that others knew they could get at the dealer for a reasonable cost. so quit getting all butt hurt that you paid more for it.

Where exactly is this 25%? He paid 35 shipped. The person with a receipt says they paid 28+tax+gas/time to pickup. Hmmmm, doesn't seem like he got "ripped off" to bad.

I'm the OP and I hope this is the last post on this topic. As I said in my second post (#6) I didn't start this topic to brag about the price I paid. I was just passing along a way to protect your bumper. As I also said I actually paid $26.25 including shipping and paid no sales tax. This was because I got 25 % cash back for using Live Search. That cash back will go into my Paypal account for me to use as I please.
Anyone that uses eBay and consistently pays more than he should isn't very smart. I've got about 200 sales/buys on eBay and believe me I'm way ahead of the game.
Have a great Thanksgiving. This weekend turn off your computer and go out and enjoy your MS3 safely. That's what this forum should be all about.

It is funny to watch people pay WAY too much on Ebay. I've been a member since '99 and I've watched people pay over retail for stuff many times. Maybe it's the "ain't gonna beat me" syndrome. FWIW, I paid $28 for mine, as well.

for the record i never bashed you regarding this. even if you did pay 35 bucks i would say it was a good deal because i like the way the guards look and they serve a purpose. all i was doing is saying that i payed less that that($35) at the dealer so if anyone who doesn't have these already knows they could go to a dealer and get them at a decent price. some people just fail to understand things because they appear to be incredibly over-sensitive.
