Fellow Protege owners, which brake pads have you found to be most suitable for daily driving? As the title of the thread indicates, i am looking for rear brake pads for a 2001 ES.

For rears you can go with anything. I have a set from Autozone that seem just fine for the street. Just got some Hawks for my fronts, though! (evil)

best brake pads are stock mazda's - best compromise between grip, life, noise, and dust. any other pad will sacrafice one of those features. for rotors, get whatever is the least expensive you can find.

I was thinking that stock mazda parts are the best way to go, too. As for the rotors, i will see if they can be resurfaced.

Any idea where can i buy mazda pads for a decent price?
