Rear badge configuration

My car looks like crap right now because I have the remaining adhesive from the JDM Sport20 rear badge that I removed still on the back of my car. I'm trying to figure out how to reconfigure my rear badges.

Attached is a picture of how my car looks right now, with an AutoEXE badge photoshopped (poorly) over the gross glue and stuff that is there.

I have a new chrome "mazda" emblem that I haven't put on yet because as you can see my protege5 badge is on the right side which is where the "mazda" emblem usually is. My protege5 badge doesn't have the pins on it anymore, it is held on with adhesive.

I'm looking for any ideas for how I should do it. Seeing the beautiful chrome of the "mazda" emblem makes me want to replace my flying M and "protege5" badges with originals from the dealership and just go back to the stock look. I could also just sand down the chrome and paint the "mazda" emblem black, putting it to the right and putting the "protege5" back on the left side.

The other options that I've considered are buying the AutoEXE emblem that you can see in the photoshopped picture below or getting the 323 or 323f rear badge to put on the left side and put the chrome mazda emblem back on the right, and them maybe paint them black eventually.

What do you guys think?

I had that AutoExe badge. It is about $20 and it fades really fast. I have removed it from my car. I want to get the emblem, but it is about $120 o.O

thanks for the info. I think I'm going to go the 323/323f badge route as soon as I get a price quote from protegegarage for the 323 and find out where I can get a 323f badge.

If you're going JDM, why do you want the 323F badge? It's an EDM thing.

Never said I was going for the JDM look :)

at least I don't think I did haha

i want the wing on the red one....(eek2)

yay for the "speed racing" wing. at least he didn't have to cover up the holes from the stock spoiler because he just bolted the wing right on top of it (ughdance)

You do realize that your car will need to see a shrink with all of those personalities.(lol2)

I personally like the 'Sport 20 Familia' badge you had. I am debating on whether to do that or the 323astina or paint the factory badges black. I say put the Sport 20 back on with the black mazda.

I had it that way for nearly a year, and got bored. I don't like the way the sport20 badge is just a sticker.

I do agree that my car needs to see a shrink though.

Look back to post 11 I already went for the 323 badge. I don't think Ken can get the 323f but I did order my 323 from him.

If anyone wants 323f or 323 badges, I can ask a friend of mine.
He works at Mazda Dealership in the Netherlands.

PM me if so,so I can gauge interest.

I'm going to Greece in about a month and last time (October 2004) I brought back about 5 323F and 323 badges. I sold them at my cost about $6.00 + shipping.

I can start a GI thread to see how many I should buy (on top of other EDM stuff that I can fit in a suit case or down my pants).

I got the 323 from Ken, i took the other badges off and painted them all "aluminum" so they matched.
