Really Confused about this RE Amemiya RX8

The first video sounds like the white 8 has a BLOV. But someone said its the lightweight flywheel thats makin the BLOV sound. Im confused here.
The Second video has its hood popped open showing the engine but i dint see any turbo or supercharger.

I have a feeling the RX7 was revving and blowing off not the rx8 it was just rolling by.
