rattle when door opened/closed?

Tonight I was in the garage cleaning out the inside of my car after a road trip when I heard a strange noise. It would happen any time I would open or close a door...any door. The car was off....and the engine had not been on for a few hours.
The noise could best be described as a rattling noise....as at first I thought there was a snake in the garage! It sounded like the noise was coming from the underbody somewhere. Anyone else experienced this or have any ideas?

reattleing door

I have heard my back doors do that a couple times. Couldn't quite figure it out, but my transmission is squeeking when it shifts. I've got an automatic P5, and when it shifts at like 4,000, it squeaks. The stupid dealership can't figure what the heck is wrong, but they're complte idiots. So i'll go somewhere else and have someone else figure out the doors, and the transmission
