Really? How is it on wet roads? I tried some white bulbs before and they suck on wet roads...

There great on wet roads.....i bought some crappy blue matrix lights for my Z24 and i couldnt even tell the lights were on when the roads were wet. The lights i have are a bright white light with a splash of purple. I get thrown the high beams by on coming vehicles all the time.

euh..maybe remove the MP5 stickers...not because I dont like them (i got some, but arent on the car) it's just look too "busy" on the car.

gauges are nice.. I personally dont like the 2002 oem rims

^^^ see my gauge? i placed it there so noone would think that i have something under the hood and + almost everyone have their gauge on the same spot as urs and yes it does look like ricey especially ur car is sitting up in the sky.

dont get me wrong bro i like the headlites and taillites but y spend so much money with basically no changes on the car? U already have bright headlites w/ the stock ones y get a HID? Y change to JDM tail and getting that headlites when u could've gotten somthing else.

i don't think they are rice by themselves. if you had the guages and turbo stickers all over the place and a big tack on the dash, ya then you're headind down the wrong path.

I don't get mad, I get Glad! okay that's lame, but well like I mentioned I originally installed those gauges in preparation for a turbo, I used to have my car lowered with TEIN springs but didn't like the ride, I'm now pretty much want to loose those gauges. JDM tail I paid for and was in my overall mod plan, the sedan headlight I traded with a fellow MSPer who wanted a P5 headlight. I personally don't mind one way or another so figure I'd do the switch since someone want mine.

It's all personal taste, and after gather most of your opinions I'm loosing those gauges for sure. Car will be stock for a while. Just that doing some mods to this car at this point will only made the ride quality worst. The amount of driving and traveling I have is unbelievably high so maybe I got some $$ I'll get a comfy grandma ride for the travel and realize my turbo dream then....

Believe it or not mine is a 2003, but after an spunout I bent one of the rims and was finanically tight back then so I got a set of 02 rims from a fellow member here. Maybe when I got the $$ to lower the car a bit and get some rims, until then....

I agree, I hate them, a friend of mine driving a Prelude with CAI and Catback put a lot of stickers on his otherwise stock car.... pretty stupid, not only does it look rice, it's a big cop magnet. He average 1 ticket per month cuz he also changed his signals to blue (lame...)

Yeah, just to get rid of the racers that are always looking for a challenge, I think the gauges should go. They just seem kind of out of place if they don't serve any purpose anymore. Especially when someone is checking out your car, and find out you have gauges on a bone stock Protege, you may get more laughs in your face than you want. Just sell them to one of the board members and get some cash back. I personally don't care much about being 'rice' or 'not rice'. I know I eat them everyday LOL. Stickers, altezzas, eyelids, spoilers....may look ugly or too busy in some cases, but i don't really see them rice or not rice, just EWWEEEEE! Just make your ride looks good in the way you like it man. And your ride looks neat. Pretty stock, but neat!

Yeah, that's my car when it was real hot.... several accidents later it returned back to stock.... Very unforunate end too, spun out in snow, a trailer's tire hit the lip at 65mph... Sigh... interestingly enough you are the 4th person who asked me that, which made me think about modding my car again

Thanks! I little here and there, guess it does make a difference... I got someone here interested in buying so I am going to sell him my gauages. Those are some really nice gauages too, so I figure I will let someone who really needs it to have them.

yeah i talked to u before when my car was brand new (20 miles on the clock) and i asked u wut springs u have and u said u like the teins and so i got them. I really liked how urs looked like before compare to now but we all have our own reasons so i guess wut ever works for u.
