both caliper bracket bolts and strut bolts are badly rusted, liquid wrench doesnt help, guess i need air tools for this job

for now all i can do is cut the socket assemble everything back on and ask shop to dissemble the whole control arm and clean it inside out for me

maybe i'll grab a electric impact driver and see if that helps

B.F.H time.
(Big fu#%@$& Hammer)

Usually solves about 80% of these sort of goofy issues, just make sure you hit your Mark

Agreeing with the BFH works every time and if it doesn't get a RBFH Really Big F'in Hammer

i tried a small hammer, not moving at all... kind rounding up the surface lil bit...

then i use cut off disc on a grinder, grind the Strut bolt down and finally get my ratchet out one piece with few scratchs.

those strut bolts and nuts must been there for 10 years without moving(its stock Tokico blue strut).

the caliper bracket bolts are Fking tight too...

previous owner only did rotor change during the factory warranty i believe.

Buy a propane torch and just heat them up good then hit the bolts to loosen s*** up, rinse and repeat. If the bolts don't want to move make sure not to try to force them too hard or they will break.. hitting the ratchet repeatedly will usually have better results since its more of an "impact" motion. I have a mastercraft maximum electric impact and this thing will take out anything. It either comes loose or breaks. I had no problems taking out my axles and crankshaft with it. The only downside when compared to air impacts is the size.

Thats how I got mine loose when I got shlotted dishks. A small propane torch at WalMart costs around $20, and that comes with everything needed. Torch the bolt for like 1-2 min, the RBFH the b**ch with a breaker bar. Works err time, especially when the bolt is super hottt (gun)

the best part of Really Big hammer and Fire Technique is the death cry when the bolt finally gives up

Amen! Usually the cry is either out of pure joy, or the blood spilling out of your knuckles after you smack em on something unbelievably hard (mad)
